1. 目前无法在网页版或移动版 ChatGPT 上使用重置卡。我们将在下周推出这项功能，而且需要向我们所有新的 ChatGPT Work 用户做一点说明引导。
2. 系统目前承受着很大的压力，而完全重置对基础设施负载的影响更具可预测性。这有助于我们在上线后的头 48 小时内保持稳定。
等我们回到正常的运营节奏后，我们就会使用重置卡了！
We applied the resets automatically because of two reasons.
1. It is not possible to use a banked reset from the web or mobile ChatGPT. We are launching it next week and it will require a bit of education for all our new ChatGPT Work users.
2. The system is under a lot of pressure and full resets are more predictable in how they affect load on the infrastructure. This helps us keeping things stable in the first 48 hours of the launch.
And we will use banked resets once we are back in the normal operating cadence!他在回应什么

hey @thsottiaux thanks for the resets, however I have a problem/question - who should I contact about my codex app automatically applying my usage resets without me selecting it/consenting? the one you just announced automatically applied…again…after the last one also auto applied while I still had 60%+ left on my existing weekly limit earlier today. I was only at literally I think 95% again when the second one applied itself 😑
is this a bug from the app update? has anyone else reported this happening? and is there a way to provide my data in some way to prove I genuinely had hardly used any of my tokens when the resets applied themselves? I imagine y’all get people trying to scam you for tokens often. so. happy to offer whatever to show that is not happening here. lol. I just *really* hope I didn’t lose another free reset to a bug after carefully budgeting usage all day 😅
